| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma "Specifika mimořádných událostí a připravenost zdravotnické záchranné služby na jejich řešení" pojednává o přípravě a schopnosti zdravotnické záchranné služby řešit specifika mimořádných událostí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabýváme problematikou mimořádných událostí, klasifikací mimořádných událostí z pohledu integrovaného záchranného systému a mimořádnými událostmi definovanými pro Českou republiku. V následující kapitole se věnujeme zdravotnické záchranné službě, její přípravě na mimořádné události a také společným typovým činnostem. V praktické části popisujeme výsledky analýzy konkrétních mimořádných událostí vzniklých na území Plzeňského kraje. Dokázali jsme odpovědět na všechny stanovené cíle a dokázat, že každá mimořádná událost je specifická a vyžaduje jiný přístup. Dále, že složky integrovaného záchranného systému spolu při mimořádných událostech příkladně spolupracují bez větších problémů a také, že na základě jedné mimořádné události skutečně došlo ke změně v dosavadních postupech zdravotnické záchranné služby. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis on the topic "Specifics of unexpected emergency events and readiness of emergency medical services to respond" deals with the preparation and ability of the emergency medical service to deal with the specifics of emergency events. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we deal with the issue of emergency events, classification of emergency events from the perspective of the integrated rescue system and emergency events defined for the Czech Republic. In the following chapter, we focus on the emergency medical service, its preparation for emergency events and also common type activities. In the practical part we describe the results of the analysis of specific emergency events occurring in the Pilsen region. We were able to respond to all the goals set and prove that each emergency event is specific and requires a different approach. Also, that the components of the integrated rescue system cooperate with each other in an exemplary manner without major problems, and also that on the basis of one emergency event, there has actually been a change in the existing procedures of the emergency medical service. | en |
