dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na rozbor právní ochrany a podpory zahraničních investic a řešení investičních sporů. V práci nejprve vymezím samotný pojem mezinárodních investic a jejich právní úpravu. Přistoupím k deskripci vývoje ochrany mezinárodních investic a naváži kapitolou o zřizování a likvidaci mezinárodních investic. Provedu analýzu řešení a rozhodování investičních sporů za pomoci pravidel Komise Organizace spojených národů pro mezinárodní obchodní právo, dále také analýzu nového nařízení Evropské unie č. 1219/2012 a v neposledním případě i vybraných dohod o ochraně investic uvařených Českou republikou. Závěr práce bude tvořit přehled některých českých případů sporů z investic.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of my diploma work is The protection and promotion of foreign investments and the settlement of investment disputes. I begin with the concept international investments and their legislation. Then I describe progression of protection of international investments and continue with chapter about their establishment and liquidation. I analyse settlement and decision of investment disputes where I use the rules of UNCITRAL, then I also analyse new EU regulation number 1219/2012 and some of the settlements which the Czech Republic signed. The end of my work tells about some of the investment disputes the Czech Republic entered in.en
