dc.description.abstract	V této práci se zabývám významem a možnostmi radiodiagnostiky z hlediska onemocnění orofaciální oblasti. Dané problematice se věnuji zejména z pohledu konvenčních zobrazovacích metod. Cílem práce je představit specifika radiologie v možnostech zobrazení různých onemocnění v orofaciální oblasti. Všechny metody představují samostatnou oblast ze strany indikací, vyšetřovacích postupů zobrazovacích metod, technik vyšetření a závěrečných diagnóz. Vedle teoretické deskripce, vycházející především ze studia odborné literatury a konzultací se specialisty v oboru radiologie, stomatologie a onkologie, jsem dále v praktické části použila poznatky a materiálové podklady z klinické praxe včetně fotodokumentace, vše se svolením vedení Kliniky zobrazovacích metod Fakultní nemocnice v Plzni.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	In this work I deal with the importance and possibilities in term of disease radiodiagnostics orofacial region. The issues are especially in view of conventional imaging methods. Primary objective of this thesis is to present the specifics of Radiology at the display options of various diseases in the orofacial region. All methods are separate area of the indications, investigative procedures, imaging methods, techniques, tests and final diagnoses. Besides the theoretical description, based primarily on studies of literature and consultation with specialists in radiology, dentistry and oncology I use in practical part knowledge and material base from clinical practice including photo documentation, everything under permission of the management of the Clinic of Imaging Methods University Hospital in Pilsen.	en
