dc.description.abstract	Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu efektivity účetního systému mateřské a dceřiné společnosti zabývající se podnikáním v oblasti zemědělství. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty obecné poznatky o účetnictví a účetním systému, účetní legislativě České republiky a Mezinárodních standardech účetního výkaznictví. V praktické části je nejprve charakterizován způsob vedení účetnictví společností, následně je provedena finanční a nákladová analýza v letech 2010 až 2014. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz je zhodnocena a porovnána efektivita obou společností. Hlavním výstupem je posouzení správnosti rozhodnutí majitelů o ukončení podnikání mateřské společnosti a přenesení veškerých podnikatelských aktivit na dceřinou společnost. Na konci práce jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení analyzovaného stavu.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The submitted diploma thesis is focused on analyzing the effectiveness of the accounting system of parent and subsidiary companies engaged in the business of agriculture. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the general knowledge of accounting and accounting system, accounting legislation of the Czech Republic and International Financial Reporting Standards. The practical part includes characterization of the method of accounting which is used in companies, financial and cost analysis between 2010 and 2014. According to results of these analyzes the effectiveness of both companies is evaluated and compared. The main outcome of the thesis is the assessment of the correctness of decision of closing the parent company and transferring all business activities into subsidiary company which business owners made. At the end of the thesis are proposed recommendations for improvement of the analyzed situation.	en
