dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou příspěvkových organizací na našem území. První část obsahuje charakteristiku neziskových organizací jako takových, protože příspěvkové organizace patří pod podmnožinu neziskových organizací. V druhé části jsou rozebírané příspěvkové organizace jako takové. Jsou zde popsány druhy příspěvkových organizací, jejich proces zřízení, finanční hospodaření a také majetek. Poslední část práce se věnuje oblasti kultury - konkrétnímu odvětví, ve kterém se příspěvkové organizace vyskytují. V této části se práce zejména zaměřuje na popis navrhovaného zákona o veřejných kulturních institucích a na fungování konkrétní příspěvkové organizace - Divadla Josefa Kajetána Tyla.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the issue of contributory organisations in our territory. The first part contains a characterisation of non-profit organisations as such, as contributory organisations belong to a subset of non-profit organisations. The second part describes the contributory organisations as such. It describes the types of contribution organisations and their establishment process. The last part of the work is devoted to the field of culture - the specific sector in which contributory organisations are found. My particular focus is on the description of the proposed law on public cultural institutions and on the operation of a specific contributory organisation - Josef Kajetan Tyl Theatre.en
