dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce byla zpracovaná jako přehledová studie zaměřená na etické aspekty ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s kognitivní poruchou. Práce se zabývá zmapováním a sumarizací aktuálních publikovaných poznatků v této oblasti. Z výběru studií vyplynulo, že etické aspekty péče o osoby s demencí jsou důležitým tématem, které vyžaduje pozornost a diskuzi. Studie zdůrazňují význam respektu k autonomii, důstojnosti a kvalitní komunikace při poskytování péče této zranitelné skupině. Důraz je kladen také na vzdělání a postoj všeobecných sester v této problematice. Týmová spolupráce mezi poskytovateli péče, rodinou a samotnými pacienty je klíčovým faktorem pro poskytování péče v souladu s individuálními potřebami a vytváření důstojného prostředí pro osoby s demencí. Etické aspekty jsou považovány za aktuální a závažnou problematiku, která vyžaduje další hloubkové zkoumání a výzkumy v této oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis, conducted as a review study, focuses on the ethical aspects of nursing care for patients with cognitive impairment. The work aims to map and summarize current published findings in this area. The selection of studies revealed that the ethical aspects of caring for individuals with dementia are an important topic that requires attention and discussion. Studies emphasize the importance of respecting autonomy, dignity, and quality communication in providing care to this vulnerable group. There is also an emphasis on the education and attitudes of general nurses in this issue. Team collaboration among caregivers, families, and patients themselves is a key factor in providing care in line with individual needs and creating a dignified environment for people with dementia. Ethical aspects are considered a current and serious issue that requires further in-depth research and studies in this area.en
