dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je návrh pro zlepšení procesu třídění zásilek pro konkrétní třídící centrum DHL Solution k.s. v Plzni. V první části práce je provedeno seznámení s teoretickou částí třídících linek a výskytů jejich problémů. V další části bylo analyzováno pracoviště pomocí měření, pozorování a ergonomických metod. Po analýzách a zjištění součastného stavu byly provedeny návrhy na zlepšení a jejich zhodnocení se současným stavem.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this diploma thesis is a proposal to improve the process of sorting shipments for a specific sorting center DHL Solution k.s. In Pilsen. The first part of the thesis introduces the theoretical part of sorting lines and the occurrence of their problems. In the next part, the workplace was analyzed using measurements, observations and ergonomic methods. After analyzes and findings of the current state, suggestions for improvement were made and their evaluation with the current state.en
