dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na tematiku odštěpení podniku a posuzuje vliv odštěpení na finanční zdraví společnosti AGROPODNIK DOMAŽLICE, a.s. Jako nástroj pro zhodnocení finančního zdraví je použita finanční analýza. Práce je rozdělena na šest hlavních kapitol. Úvodní kapitola popisuje druhy přeměn obchodních společností, další kapitola je pak již zaměřena na odštěpení a definuje právní, účetní a daňové aspekty celého tohoto procesu. Po představení společnosti jsou uvedeny důvody, proč k odštěpení došlo a na základě projektu rozdělení je charakterizován celý proces odštěpení. Další část práce se již zabývá finanční analýzou. Na základě jejích výsledků je nejprve zhodnocena finanční situace podniku před odštěpením a následně uvedeny změny, které nastaly po odštěpení. Poslední kapitola shrnuje výsledky z provedené finanční analýzy a hodnotí, jaký vliv mělo odštěpení na celkové finanční zdraví společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the theme of spin-off of the company and assesses the influence of spin-off on the financial health of AGROPODNIK DOMAŽLICE, a.s. The financial analysis is used as a tool for evaluation the financial´s health. The thesis is divided into six main chapters. The introductory chapter describes the kinds of transformations of companies, the next chapter is already focused on the spin-off and defines the legal, accounting and tax aspects of this whole process. After the introduction of company are given the reasons why the spin-off are arrived and the whole process of spin-off is described on the basis of the project of division. The next part of the thesis deals with financial analysis. Based on its results is first evaluated the financial situation of the company before the spin-off and then are given the changes which occurred after spin-off. The last chapter summarizes the results of the financial analysis and evaluates the influence of spin-off on the overall financial health of the company.en
