| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku klíšťové encefalitidy. Jedná se o virové onemocnění přenášené klíšťaty rodu Ixodes ricinus. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá historií a charakteristikou onemocnění, přenašečem, klinickým průběhem a diagnostikou. Konec teoretické části je zaměřen na léčbu a prevenci tohoto onemocnění. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyšetření klíšťové encefalitidy metodou ELISA. Dále praktická část statisticky zpracovává výsledky pacientů vyšetřených v laboratoři virologie Ústavu mikrobiologie ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň za rok 2017 a 2018. | dc.description.abstract-translated | This Bachelor´s thesis is focused on Tick-borne encephalitis. It is a viral disease transmitted by ticks of the genus Ixodes ricinus. This work is divided in two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with history and characteristics of disease, transducer, clinical course and diagnostics. The end of the theoretical part is focused on therapy and prevention of this disease. The practical part is focused on examination of Tick-borne encephalitis by method ELISA. The practical part statistically analyzes the results of patients examined in the virology laboratory of the Institute of Microbiology at the Pilsen University Hospital for years 2017 and 2018.
