| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá poruchou stereognozie u osob po cévní mozkové příhodě z hlediska ergoterapie a poukazuje na význam stereognozie pro provádění běžných denních aktivit. Práce je zpracována formou výzkumného šetření, v rámci něhož bylo vybráno 10 pacientů po CMP, kteří byli hospitalizováni v Rehabilitační nemocnici v Berouně a Hamzovo odborné léčebně pro děti a dospělé. Výsledky byly porovnány s kontrolní skupinou 10 zdravých osob. Pro zjištění poruchy stereognozie bylo použito Notthinghamské vyšetření čití a vyšetření stereognozie podle Trombly, u kterých byl hodnocen čas potřebný k provedení testů a chybovost. Úkolem probandů bylo pojmenovat předměty denní potřeby, materiály a tvary bez zrakové kontroly. Na základě těchto testů bylo zjištěno, že existuje významný rozdíl v porovnání kontrolní skupiny a osob po CMP i v porovnání paretické a zdravé HK pacientů. Zároveň se porucha stereognozie u pacientů po CMP liší a je velmi individuální. Některé osoby chybovaly v testech minimálně, některé naopak často a rozdíl je zřejmý také z průměrného času provedení testů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with a disorder of stereognosis in people after a stroke in terms of ccupational therapy, and it points to the meaning of the stereognosis for doing daily activities. The thesis, in which 10 patients after a stroke were chosen, is processed in the form of a research investigation. These patients were hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun and Hamza's specialized therapeutic center for children and adults. The results were compared with a healthy group of 10 healthy people. Nottingham sensory assessment and the test of stereognosis by Trombly were used to determine the disorder of stereognosis. Time to perform the tests and the error rate was evaluated. The task for probands was to name objects of daily use, materials and shapes without visual control. Based on these tests, it was ditected that there is a significant difference between the group of healthy people and people after the stroke. The results of this process were shown even in the paretic and healthy hand patients. At the same time the disorder of stereognosis in patients after stroke differs and is very individual. Some people made minimal mistakes and some of them made mistakes often and the difference is also apparent from the measured time. | en |
