dc.description.abstractCílem předkládané diplomové práce je analýza zahraniční politiky britského ministra zahraničí Roberta Stewarta Castlereagha v letech 1815-1822. Castlereagh se stal tvůrcem kongresového systému, který změnil dosavadní praxi mezinárodních vztahů v Evropě. Ve snaze prosadit vlastní politický kurz, však narážel na nesouhlas jak na domácí scéně, tak i na mezinárodní úrovni. Tato práce se zaměřuje důvody selhání jeho politiky, během této éry evropských dějin, které vedly k jeho tragickému konci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this Master's thesis is to analyze the foreign policy of the British Foreign Minister Robert Stewart Castlereagh in the years 1815-1822. Castlereagh became the creator of the Congress system, which changed the previous practice of international relations in Europe. While he was trying to pursue his international political course, he was challenged by domestic as well as by international opposition. This thesis focuses on reasons of the failure of his policy during this particular era of European history that led to his tragic end.en
