dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce s názvem "Výhody a nevýhody ERCP a MRCP v současné praxi" je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje popis anatomie, patologie, zobrazovacích metod dané problematiky se zaměřením na detailní popis ERCP a MRCP. V praktické části je popsáno celkem pět kazuistik, které se týkají dané problematiky. Dále je zpracována statistika vyšetření provedených v roce 2015 s rozdělením do věkových skupin a podle pohlaví pacientů. Veškerá data a informace byly poskytnuty z archivu Kliniky zobrazovacích metod Fakultní nemocnice v Plzni. Součástí práce je i vytvoření edukačního materiálu letáku, který je přílohou bakalářské práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis with the title "Advantages and disadvantages of ERCP and MRCP in the current practice" comprises of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a description of the anatomy,pathology and imaging methods of the issue with a focus on detailed description of ERCP and MRCP. In the practical part 5 case reports have been presented regarding the issue. Furthermore, statistics of the examinations for the year 2015 with the breakdown into age and sex groups have been analysed.All data and information have been provided by the Archive of Imaging Methods Clinic , University Hospital in Pilsen Lochotin. The thesis includes production of education leaflet which can be found in the attachment.en
