dc.description.abstract	U pacientů s neurologickým deficitem, jako následek kraniocerebrálního poranění nebo dlouhotrvající hypoxie mozku, se často setkáváme s pojmem "Vigilní koma". Vigilní koma je definováno jako klinický stav kompletní poruchy uvědomování si sebe sama a svého okolí. Cílem této práce je načerpat dostupné informace o dané problematice a pomocí kazuistik zhodnotit, nakolik je Bazální stimulace a Vojtova reflexní lokomoce vhodná k rehabilitaci u pacientů ve vigilním komatu. Z této práce vyplývá, že u pacientů s prováděnou rehabilitací je možné částečné i úplné odpojení od umělé plicní ventilace. S prováděným pasivním cvičením do 2/3 plného rozsahu pohybu nedošlo po dobu 6. měsíců k vytvoření kontraktur a s přibývajícím počtem rehabilitací ustupovala poplachová reakce do vymezených hodnot. Proto lze říci, že Bazální stimulace, ale i Vojtova reflexní lokomoce, jsou u pacientů ve vigilním komatu tou nejlepší a často jedinou metodou volby.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	We often use the term "vigil coma" for the patiens with neurological deficit, as a result of craniocerebrial injury, or with long-lasting brain hypoxia. The "vigil coma" is defined as clinical state of complete disorder os self - awareness and the awareness of the surroundings. The aim of this work is to gain available information about given issues and to evaluate, with the help of case history, to what extent the basal stimulation and "vojta" reflexive locomotion asre suitable for rehabilitation of patiens in "vigil coma". This work shows that total or partial switching off the artificial pulmonary ventilation is possible for the patients with the rehabilitation. The contracturs have not been discovered for 6 months when the patiens were passively exercised to 2/3 of their full range of movement and the alarm reaction decreased to the specified(restricted) figures with increasing number of rehabilitation. That is why it can be said that basal stimulation but also "vojta" reflexive locomotion are the best, and for the patiens in "vigil coma" sometimes the only one, method which can be used.	en
