dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce o historii a vývoji daňové exekuce v českých zemích od 19. století do roku cca. 2001. Popisuje organizaci daňové správy. Zejména se zabývá vznikem daňové exekuce na finančních úřadech po roce 1993. Je uveden legislativní vývoj v oblasti daňové exekuce, problémy a významné soudní causy v této oblasti. Je popsána mezinárodní pomoc při vymáhání daňových pohledávek a mezinárodní spolupráce daňových správ.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the history and development of tax execution in the Czech lands from the nineteenth century till 2001. There is a description of tax administration system in this thesis. Especially it´s focused on the origin of tax execution after 1993. Legislative development, various issues, significant court cases concerning this area are mentioned in this thesis. This work also contains description of international cooperation in this field.en
