dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou a léčbou vertebrogenních poruch v oblasti bederní páteře pomocí metody McKenzie. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána definice, charakteristika, etiologie, rozdělení, rizikové faktory a prevence vertebrogenních onemocnění spolu s popisem Mechanické diagnostiky a terapie. V praktické části je popsána aplikace McKenzie metody na vybraných kazuistikách, výzkum, shrnutí výsledků, diskuze a závěr práce. Kazuistiky zahrnují vyšetření pacientů a použití McKenzie terapie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the topic and the treatment of vertebrogenic disorders in the lumbar spine area by means of the McKenzie Method. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the definition, characteristics, etiology, division, risk factors and prevention of vertebrogenic diseases together with the description of mechanical diagnostics and therapy. The practical part describes the application of the McKenzie method using selected cases, research, result summary, discussion and the conclusion of the thesis. The examinations of the patients and the uses of the McKenzie therapy are included in the casuistics.en
