dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou reportingu trvale udržitelného rozvoje. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení zpráv o udržitelnosti pěti vybraných společností v České republice a jejich následná komparace. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definování teoretických východisek společenské odpovědnosti firem, udržitelného rozvoje a reportingu udržitelného rozvoje včetně vymezení norem a standardů v kontextu udržitelného rozvoje. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou zpráv o udržitelnosti pěti vybraných společností v České republice, na kterou navazuje komparace zpráv o udržitelnosti dle stanovených parametrů. V návaznosti na zjištěné výstupy jsou v závěru práce formulovány návrhy a doporučení pro vybrané společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Master's thesis adresses the issue of reporting of sustainable development. The main goal is to evaluate sustainability reports of five selected companies in the Czech republic and to subsequently compare them. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining theoretical foundations of corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and reporting of sustainable development, including the specification of norms and standards in the context of sustainable development. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of sustainable reports of five selected companies in the Czech republic, followed by a comparison of those sustainabílity reports according to set parameters. Based on findings in comparison, suggestions and recommendations for selected companies are formulated at the end of the thesis.en
