| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce pojednává o péči novorozence v domácím prostředí. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje klasifikaci novorozenců, jejich projevech a chování. Dále se pak soustředí na domácí péči zaměřenou na oblasti jako je krmení, manipulace s dítětem, hygienu, péče o spánek a další. Třetí část se věnuje komunitní péči, práci soukromých porodních asistentek a jejich rozsah péče o novorozence na návštěvních službách. Praktická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem. Obsahuje dva rozhovory s ženami a z toho jedna spolupracovala s porodní asistentkou. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký je význam péče porodní asistentky v péči o novorozence v domácím prostředí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of the bachelor thesis concerns newborn baby care in a domestic environment. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the classification of newborns, their actions and behaviour. Also it focuses on domestic care related to the elements such as feeding, manipulation with a child, hygiene, care for the baby's sleep and so forth. The third part addresses community care, the work of private midwives and the extent of the newborn care given during the visiting midwifery services. The practical part focuses on the qualitative research. It includes two interviews with women out of which one was co-operating with a midwife. The aim of this thesis is to observe the significance of the role of a midwife as a caretaker in a domestic environment. | en |
