dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a modelování vybraných procesů v oblasti elektrotechnické výroby. Práce obsahuje popis struktury procesu a hlavních metodik procesního řízení. V další části diplomové práce je zpracována případová studie, která se zabývá analýzou a modelováním vybraných výrobních procesů ve firmě BRUSH SEM s.r.o. Dále je zde řešena optimalizace zaměřená na ergonomickou analýzu pracoviště a zlepšení vybraných výrobních procesů pomocí vhodných metodik. V závěru práce je na základě vyhodnocených výsledků vypracováno doporučení pro společnost BRUSH SEM s.r.o.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis is focused on the analysis and simulation of processes in electrical production. The work contains a description of the process structure and main methodologies of process management. The subsequent part of the thesis is a case study that deals with the analysis and modeling of selected manufacturing processes in the company BRUSH SEM s.r.o. Then there is the optimization focused on ergonomic analysis of workplaces and improvement of selected manufacturing processes using appropriate methodologies. In the conclusion the recommendations for the company BRUSH SEM s.r.o. are drafted based on the assessed results.en
