dc.description.abstractPro mou bakalářskou práci, jsem si vybrala téma ,,Lymfodrenáže u žen s diagnózou karcinomu prsu z pohledu všeobecné sestry". Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií, karcinomem prsu, lymfedémem, léčebnou metodou lymfodrenáž, která zlepšuje kvalitu života žen, po karcinomu prsu a vhodným životním stylem, které je u tohoto onemocnění zapotřebí a ošetřovatelskou péčí. Praktickou část tvoří dotazníkové šetření, kde jsem zjišťovala povědomí žen o lymfodrenážích, dodržování režimu pacientů s lymfedémem, jaký měla lymfodrenáž celkový vliv a chtěla jsem poukázat na důležitost bandážování, které je nedílnou součástí celé lymfodrenáže, a to nejen při léčbě, ale i v mezidobí, protože nejlepšího efektu se dosáhne bandážemi a pravidelným docházením na lymfodrenáže.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedI chose the topic " Lymphatic drainage in patients diagnosed with breast cancer from the view of nurses" for my bachelor thesis. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part deals with anatomy, breast cancer, lymphedema, therapeutic method of lymphatic drainage which improves women's quality of life after breast cancer and the appropriate lifestyle that is necessary for this disease and nursing care. The practical part consists of a questionnaire survey, where I found out women's awareness of lymphatic drainage, compliance with the lymphoedema regime and how lymphatic drainage´s overall influence was. I wanted to point out the importance of bandaging that is an integral part of the whole lymphatic drainage, not only during the treatment but also in the meantime because the best effect is achieved by bandages and regular lymphatic drainage.en
