dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s implantabilním vstupem. Teoretická část pojednává o implantabilních vstupech obecně. V jednotlivých kapitolách je popsána historie a vývoj katétrů, současné technologie, indi-kace a kontraindikace, způsob zavedení a komplexní ošetřovatelská péče sestry o pacien-ta. Cílem praktické části bylo zmapování výskytu ošetřovatelských standardů na všech vybraných odděleních, zjistit jakou dostupnost informací a vzdělávání mají sestry na všech odděleních a zjistit jak sestry provádějí ošetřovatelskou péči o porty na různých odděleních. Práce má poukázat na to, jaké jsou rozdíly v poskytování ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s implantabilním vstupem v rámci jedné nemocnice na specializovaném pra-covišti jako je onkologické oddělení v porovnání se standardní ošetřovatelskou jednotkou jako je chirurgické a interní oddělení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on the specifics of nursing care for patients with implanted venous port. The theoretical part deals mainly with implantable ports in general. Indivi-dual chapters in this thesis describe the history and development of catheters, current technology, indications and contraindications, method of introduction and comprehensive nursing care of a patient. The aim of the practical part is to discover the occurrence of nursing standards in all selected departments, discover the possibility of information and education for nurses in all departments and discover how nurses perform nursing care of venous ports in different hospital departments . The intent of this thesis is demonstrate the differences in the provision of nursing care for patients with implantable venous port in one hospital in a specialized workplace such as an oncology department and compared to a standard nursing unit such as a surgical and internal ward.en
