dc.description.abstractObsahem diplomové práce je provedení koncepce stavebně technologického projektu zahrnující technickou zprávu s popisem objektu. Dále jsou podrobněji provedené některé části, jako je zařízení staveniště, stavební mechanizace, technologický předpis a kontrolní a zkušební plán nosného systému. Součástí je ekonomicko-technologické vyhodnocení třech variant reálně stojícího objektu. Porovnávané varianty jsou rozdílné z hlediska změny nosné konstrukce. Pro vyhodnocení byly vytvořené položkové rozpočty a harmonogramy včetně kritických cest a byla určená kritéria pro porovnání. V závěru této části se vybrala nejlepší varianta, na kterou byly zpracované všechny části stavebně technologického projektu vyjma technické zprávy, která je zaměřena na popis stávajícího stavu objektu. Položkové rozpočty byly vytvořené v programu KROS 4 verze 2016/II, harmonogramy a kritické cesty byly provedeny v programu MS Project 2013 a textová část v programu Microsoft Word 2010.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe content of the thesis is the implementation of the concept of a construction-technological project including a technical report with the description of the building and the overall concept. In addition, some parts, such as site equipment, building mechanization, technology prescription and control and test plan of the carrier system, are made with more detail. Part of construction technological project is an economic-technological evaluation of three variants of a real-life building. Comparison variants are different in terms of changing the suporting structure. For the evaluation, itemized budgets and progress chart including critical paths, and benchmarks were established. At the end of this section, the best option was chosen for all parts of the construction- technological project were processed, except technical reports, which are focused on the description of the real state of the building. Budgets were created in KROS 4 version 2016 / II, progress charts and critical paths were made in MS Project 2013 and a text part in Microsoft Word 2010.en
