| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce má charakter kvalitativního výzkumu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Na úvod se teoretická část zabývá problematikou vícečetného těhotenství. Později se konkrétně zaměřuje na péči v šestinedělí. Popisuje průběh fyziologického šestinedělí, zmiňuje nejzásadnější komplikace patologického šestinedělí a přibližuje péči porodní asistentky v poporodním období. Dále se bakalářská práce zabývá specifiky péče o dvojčata v období šestinedělí. V praktické části práce se metodou kvalitativního výzkumu zaměřujeme na konkrétní případ matky s dvojčaty. Hlavním cílem kvalifikační práce je popsat specifika péče u dvojčat během šestinedělí. Dílčím cílem práce je zanalyzovat prožitky ženy při vícečetném těhotenství, porodu a šestinedělí a popsat způsob péče o předčasně narozené děti. Rozhovor se nachází taktéž v této části. Závěrem mé práce je shrnutí veškerých poznatků získaných v průběhu výzkumné studie, z níž vyplynulo, že péče o dva novorozence je fyzicky, psychicky, časově i finančně náročná a že puerperium s dvojčaty mohou často provázet komplikace související s předčasným porodem u vícečetných těhotenství. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis has the character of qualitative research. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the beginning, the theoretical part deals with the issue of multiple pregnancy. Later, it focuses specifically on care in the puerperium. It describes the course of the physiological puerperium, mentions the most important complications of the pathological puerperium and describes the care of a midwife in the postpartum period. Next, the bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of care of twins in the puerperium. The practical part of the thesis is focused on one specific case of a woman after the puerperium by means of qualitative research. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the specifics of care for twins during the puerperium. Partial aim of the thesis is to analyze the experiences of a woman during multiple pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium and to specify the care for premature births. An interview with a woman is included in this part of the thesis. The conclusion of my work is a summary of all the knowledge gained during the research, which showed that the care of two newborns is physically, mentally, time and financially demanding and that puerperium with twins can often be accompanied by complications related to premature birth in multiple pregnancies. | en |
