| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řešení vzniku dutin v bezolovnatých pájených spojích. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou bezolovnatého pájení, složením a vlastnostmi nejpoužívanějších bezolovnatých pájecích slitin. Dále popisuje přehled dutin ve spojích, princip jejich vzniku a vlivy ovlivňující jejich výskyt. V praktické části je popsán navržený experiment, který sleduje vliv teplotního pájecího profilu a velikosti apertury šablony na tvorbu dutin v pájených spojích. | cs |

Theoretical part deals with lead-free soldering, composition and properties of the most popular solder alloys.
