dc.description.abstractAkutní pankreatitida je onemocnění ohrožující život, vznikající náhle a projevující se silnými až nesnesitelnými bolestmi, které vyžadují hospitalizaci. Ošetřovatelská péče o nemocné je tedy její nedomyslitelnou součástí. Každý pacient má své individuální potřeby a prožívá své onemocnění jinak. V teoretické části se zaobírám anatomií a fyziologií slinivky břišní. Dále charakterizuji akutní pankreatitidu, její klinický obraz, diagnostiku a léčbu. V neposlední řadě popisuji ošetřovatelský proces a nutrici pacientů. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením, které bylo realizováno formou rozhovorů s respondentkami. Je přímo zaměřena na pacientovy potřeby v oblasti výživy, jeho pocity a spokojenost s ošetřovatelskou péčí v nemocnici. Výstupem bakalářské práce je jednodenní vzorový jídelníček s pankreatickou dietou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedAcute pancreatitis is a illness life threatening, suddenly emerging and severe pain manifesting to unbeareble pain which require hospitalization. Nursing care of patients is unimaginable part of hospitalization. Every patient has his individual needs and every patient is experiencing his illness differently. In theoretical part I deal with anatomy and physiology of the pancreas. Further I characterize acute pancreatitis, its clinical picture, diagnostics and therapy. Last but not least I describe nursing process and nutrition of patients. Practical part is formed by qualitative research which was carried out through interview with respondents. It is directly focused on the patient's needs in the field of nutrition, his feelings and satisfaction with nursing care in hospital. The output of my thesis is day sample menu with pancreatic diet.en
