dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá diskriminací, konkrétně diskriminací v zaměstnání. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základními pojmy souvisejícími s diskriminací, dále jednotlivými diskriminačními důvody, formami diskriminace a podrobnou právní úpravou diskriminace na mezinárodní úrovni, úrovni EU a vnitrostátní úrovni. Poslední kapitola teoretické práce se zabývá právními prostředky ochrany před diskriminací. V praktické části diplomové práce pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťuji, jak se problematika diskriminace projevuje v reálném pracovním prostředí a jak jsou zaměstnanci obeznámeni o svých právech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with discrimination, specifically discrimination in employment. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic concepts related to discrimination, individual discriminatory grounds, forms of discrimination and the detailed legal regulation of discrimination at international level, EU level and national level. The last chapter of the theoretical work deals with legal means of protection against discrimination. In the practical part of the thesis, I use a questionnaire survey to find out how the issue of discrimination manifests itself in the real working environment and how employees are aware of their rights.en
