Abstract
Tento článek pojednává o zákonem upravené, věcně však složité problematice zastoupení člena družstva na zasedání jejího nejvyššího orgánu – členské schůze. Článek pojednává o zastoupení výlučného člena i společných členů, a také o některých zvláštních aspektech smluvního zastoupení oproti jiným druhům zastoupení.
The paper deals with the legally regulated, but substantively complex issue of the representation of a member of a cooperative at the meeting of its highest body – the member's meeting. The paper discusses the representation of an exclusive member and joint members, as well as some special aspects of contractual representation compared to other types of representation.
