dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diagnostiky a managementu infarktu myokardu v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána základní anatomie a fyziologie srdce, základy elektrokardiografie a léčba infarktu myokardu. Praktická část obsahuje tabulky s přednemocničními postupy v léčbě infarktu myokardu v několika zemích a výsledky dotazníkového šetření provedeného na studentech Fakulty zdravotnických studií Západočeské univerzity v Plzni.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis covers the area of the diagnosis and management of myocardial infarction in the prehospital emergency care. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the basic anatomy and pathophysiology, basics of electrocardiography and the treatment of myocardial infarction are described. The practical part consists of charts with the prehospital treatment of myocardial infarction in several countries and the results of the survey carried out on the students of the Faculty of Healthcare Studies of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.en
