dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je rozdělena na dva specifické úseky a to teoretický a praktický. Teoretická část se věnuje zefektivnění prostorového uspořádání a představuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy, jako jsou materiálové toky, logistický řetězec, transportní výkon. Zároveň představuje důležité normy a rozměrová specifika, jež jsou spojena s bezpečností, konkrétně s šíří manipulačních uliček. Obdobně jsou popsány i metody zefektivnění prostorového uspořádání, jedná se o Trojúhelníkovou metodu a metodu CRAFT. Další úsek teoretické části je věnován zásobám, odvolávkám a analýzám ABC a XXZ, jež se využívají k určení významnosti dílčích položek zásob z pohledu specifických kritérií. Úvodní kapitola praktické části představuje danou společnost, kde probíhal sběr a dat. Cíl praktické části je zefektivnit prostorové uspořádání a dodržet implementaci požadovaných strojů, představit a doporučit jednotlivé návrhy variant, jež řeší eliminaci nedostatků. Následující kapitola se věnuje analýze současného stavu, časovým a prostorovým studiím a identifikaci nedostatků pro jednotlivá pracoviště. Na základě hodnocení vznikají tři varianty návrhu řešení, kde se sleduje změna využití ploch, materiálové toky, kapacita paletových míst. Zároveň představuje 2D a 3D návrhy prostorového uspořádání. Závěrečné doporučení je založeno na vícekriteriální rozhodovací analýze a představuje možnosti využití daných variant z různých úhlů pohledu.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is divided into two specific sections, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to streamlining the spatial arrangement and explains the basic concepts such as material flows, logistics chain, and transport performance. At the same time, it presents important standards and dimensional specifics that are associated with safety, specifically with the width of the aisles. Similarly, the methods of streamlining the spatial arrangement are described, such as the Triangular method and the CRAFT method. The next section of the theoretical part is devoted to stocks, recalls and analyses of ABC and XXZ, which are used to determine the significance of sub-items of stocks in terms of specific criteria. The introductory chapter of the practical part presents the company where the collection and data took place. The aim of the practical part is to streamline the spatial arrangement and comply with the implementation of the required machines, to present and recommend individual proposals for variants that address the elimination of shortcomings. The following chapter deals with the analysis of the current state, time and space studies and the identification of shortcomings for individual workplaces. Based on the evaluation, three variants of the solution design are created, where the change of land use, material flows, capacity of pallet places is monitored. It also presents 2D and 3D spatial designs. The subsequent recommendation of the ideal variant was created on the basis of a multi-criteria analysis using the weighted sum method.	en
