dc.description.abstractKožní nádory jsou celosvětově nejčastější nádorová onemocnění, jejichž incidence během posledních deseti let rapidně narostla, což z této skupiny nádorových onemocnění dělá závažný medicínský a socioekonomický problém. Česká republika se v rámci celosvětového měřítka řadí na dvanácté místo v incidenci tohoto onemocnění. Jedná se přitom o nádory, jejichž vzniku lze v mnoha případech zabránit nebo je alespoň časně diagnostikovat. Nejlépe léčitelná jsou iniciální stadia tohoto onemocnění. Ačkoli je kůže snadno přístupný orgán k vyšetření, v praxi se můžeme setkat i s inoperabilními stadii. Základní léčebnou modalitou v léčbě kožních nádorů je zevní radioterapie, v optimálním možném případě brachyradioterapie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSkin cancers are the most common cancers worldwide, whose incidence during the last ten years has grown rapidly, making this group of cancer diseases a serious medical and socioeconomic problem. Czech Republic in the framework of global scale ranks twelfth in the incidence of this disease. These are the tumors whose formation can in many cases be prevented or at least early diagnosed. Top treatable are the initial stages of this disease. Although the skin is easily accessible organ for examination, in practice, we can meet with unresectable stages. Basic therapeutic modality in the treatment of skin cancer is external beam radiotherapy, in the optimal case scenario brachyradiotherapy.en
