dc.description.abstractRigorózní práce se věnuje tématu politických procesů 50. let v Československu, s tím, že je práce více zaměřena na situaci v Plzeňském regionu. Cílem práce je uvedení do historicko-právního dění politických procesů, tedy jejich představení, rozdělení, průběh, systém trestání, představení nejdůležitějších činných složek, detailní popis několika vybraných trestních spisů z 50. let z regionu Plzně, nebo finální revize. Podstata rigorózní práce tkví v poskytnutí skutečných informací, v důsledku kterých bude každý schopen vytvořit své mínění o problematice, jež je cílem této rigorózní práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe rigorous work is devoted to the topic of the political processes of the 1950s in Czechoslovakia, with the fact that the work is more focused on the situation in the Pilsen region. The aim of the work is to introduce the historical-legal events of political processes, i.e. their introduction, distribution, course, system of punishment, introduction of the most important active components, a detailed description of several selected criminal files from the 1950s from the Pilsen region, or a final revision. The essence of rigorous work lies in the provision of real information, as a result of which everyone will be able to form their own opinion on the issue that is the goal of this rigorous work.en
