dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá financováním zdravotnictví v USA. Dané téma bylo zvoleno z důvodu rozsáhlých změn, které se dějí v americkém zdravotnictví. Vláda a ministerstvo zdravotnictví v USA se snaží najít způsob, jak minimalizovat počet nepojištěných obyvatel a zároveň udržet výdaje na přijatelné úrovni. Práce zahrnuje popis základních modelů financování zdravotní péče, principy financování zdravotní péče v USA včetně postavení jednotlivých subjektů v systému a vztah mezi výdaji a zdroji financování. Hlavními cíli bylo analyzovat a zhodnotit zdravotnictví v USA i s ohledem na dostupnost a kvalitu zdravotní péče, rozdělit financování zdravotnictví z veřejných a soukromých zdrojů dle jednotlivých subjektů a predikovat změny, které přinese reforma zdravotnictví v USA.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis assignment is focused on the system of financing the health service in the USA. This theme was chosen for reasons of substantial changes that take place in this particular field. The government and the ministry of health are trying to find the way of reducing the number of unisured public and to keep the expenditures at a managable level. The work contains the description of fundamental models of financing the health care, the principles of financing the health care including the role of individual subjects in the system and the relation between expenditures and the sources of financing. The main goal was to analyze and valorize the health care provided from both, the public and private sources according to individual subjects and to anticipate the changes generated by the reforms.en
