dc.description.abstractPráce s ohledem na stanovený cíl poskytuje pohled na tu část celního práva, která se věnuje oblasti sazebního zařazování, vysvětluje pojem sazebního zařazování, jeho charakteristiku účelu a význam v kontextu právních předpisů, které danou oblast upravují. Následně provazuje teoretickou část s částí praktickou a propojuje teoretické poznatky s judikaturou českých i evropských soudů a poukazuje na dopady nesprávného postupu při sazebním zařazování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedWith regard to the set aim, the thesis provides an overview of the part of customs law that deals with the area of tariff classification, explains the concept of tariff classification, its characteristics of purpose and meaning in the context of the legislation regulating the area. Subsequently, it links the theoretical part with the practical part and connects the theoretical knowledge with the case law of Czech and European courts and points out the effects of incorrect procedure in tariff classification.en
