| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení efektivity controllingových aktivit a navrhuje případná zlepšení a doporučení pro controlling pracovního kapitálu a investiční controlling. V úvodu práce je pojednáno o controllingu, jeho funkcích a cílech. Následuje představení společnosti. V další teoretické části je popsána SWOT analýza jako nástroj strategického řízení a poté je SWOT analýze podrobena sledovaná společnost. Práce je dále zaměřena na controlling pracovního kapitálu. K posouzení efektivnosti řízení pracovního kapitálu ve společnosti jsou použity rozdílové a poměrové ukazatele. Poslední část se věnuje investičnímu controllingu, metodám hodnocení investic a investičnímu reportingu. Vyhodnocení efektivnosti používaných nástrojů investičního controllingu, jež společnost využívá, je posouzeno pro neprojektové a projektové investice. Pro lepší přehlednost je práce doplněna tabulkami, grafy a přílohami. Informace byly čerpány z odborné literatury a podnikových výkazů.Vyhodnocení efektivnosti a návrhy na zlepšení uvedené v této diplomové práci slouží pro controllingové oddělení a finanční řízení pro oblast pracovního kapitálu a investic. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of effectiveness of controlling activities and suggests possible improvements and recommendations for controlling of working capital and investment controlling. The theoretical characteristics of controlling its functions and objectives is introduced at the beginning. It is followed by the company introduction. SWOT analysis as the tool of strategic management is desrcibed in the second part and then the SWOT analysis is applied to the selected company. The following part is focused on controlling of the working capital. To evaluation of the effectiveness of the working capital management are used differential analysis and ratio indexes. The last part of thesis deals with the investment controlling, methods of the investment evaluation and the investment reporting. Finaly are analysed the tools of the invesment controlling, which are used by company for a non project and project investments. For better comprehensibility the thesis was supplemented by figures, charts and enclosures. All the information was obtained from the technical literature and financial statements. The evaluation of effectiveness and proposals of improvements, which contains this diploma thesis, is used for controlling department and finanacial management for the working capital and investment controlling. | en |
