| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis metodiky nácviku a správné techniky kroků moderního tanečního stylu Disco Dance. Práce je zaměřena především na Juniorskou věkovou kategorii a je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se věnuje předpokladům, schopnostem a dovednostem, které jsou klíčové pro vykonávání technických tanečních prvků. Rovněž se budu zabývat vlivem psychiky a jejích změn v průběhu puberty na trénink tanečníků této věkové kategorie. Praktickou část bude v tištěné práci tvořit záznam pořadí cviků a průprav metodického nácviku s poznámkami o možných chybách a jejich korekce. Cílem a klíčovou částí je vytvoření webových stránek s videozáznamy k dané problematice. Videa budou zaměřena na metodiku nácviku dovedností v Disco Dance, možné chyby a způsoby jejich korekce a průpravná cvičení vhodná pro zlepšení i správné provedení technických prvků. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor's thesis is focused on the description of the training methodology and the correct technique of the steps of the modern dance style Disco Dance. The work is mainly focused on the Junior age category and is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, it deals with the prerequisites, abilities and skills that are key to the operation of technical dance elements. I will also deal with the influence of the psyche and its changes during puberty on the training of dancers of this age category. The practical part in the printed work will consist of a record of the order of the exercises and the preparation of methodical exercises with notes on possible errors and their correction. The goal and key part is to create a website with videos on the given issue. The videos will be focused on the methodology of practicing skills in Disco Dance, possible mistakes and ways to correct them, and preparatory exercises suitable for improving and correct execution of technical elements. | en |
