dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce by měla přispět k objasnění struktury a činnosti Magistrátu hlavního města Prahy a jeho složek a také ke zjištění, zda tato struktura Magistrátu hlavního města Prahy správně funguje, případně poukázat na některé problémy, které byly při její činnosti zjištěny První kapitola zkoumá historické aspekty rozvoje hlavního města Prahy. Analýza ekonomických ukazatelů a jejich správní členění. Druhá a třetí kapitola je věnována řízení hlavního města Prahy, analýze činnosti jeho hlavních orgánů, jejich funkcím a vzájemným vztahům. Čtvrtá kapitola analyzuje některé z hlavních problémů hlavního města Prahy, a to jak z právního hlediska, tak z pohledu běžných obyvatel. Pátá kapitola obsahuje krátkou analýzu reformy rozvojové politiky hlavního města Prahy. Tato kapitola je zaměřena na zdůraznění otázek územního plánování, reorganizaci řízení města, zlepšení tvorby veřejných prostranství a také na sociální projekt "Projekt Praha pro lidi". Dále analýza krizového řízení a právní začlenění hlavního města Prahy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis should contribute to the clarification of the structure and activities of the City of Prague and its components and also to determine whether this structure of the City of Prague works properly, or to point out some problems that were found in its activities. The first chapter examines the historical aspects of the development of the capital city of Prague. Analysis of economic indicators and their administrative breakdown. The second and third chapters are devoted to the management of the capital city of Prague, the analysis of the activities of its main bodies, their functions and mutual relations. The fourth chapter analyzes some of the main problems of the capital city of Prague, both from a legal point of view and from the point of view of ordinary people. The fifth chapter contains a brief analysis of the reform of the development policy of the capital city of Prague. This chapter focuses on the issues of spatial planning, reorganization of city management, improving the creation of public spaces and also on the social project "Project Prague for People". Furthermore, the analysis of crisis management and legal integration of the capital city of Prague.en
