dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je představit právo a jeho projevy ve sportovním prostředí. Nejprve vymezíme a rozeberme základní pojmy, jako jsou norma, sport, norma sportovního práva, sportovní právo, a jejich vzájemné vztahy neboť jejich vymezení je nezbytné pro to, abychom se mohli dále věnovat hlavnímu tématu diplomové práce, kterou je problematika smluv a jejich vliv na sportovní prostředí. Ukážeme si rozdíl mezi profesionální smlouvou ve fotbalovém a hokejovém prostředí. Dále si představíme a rozeberme problematiku sporů, vzniklých ze smluv v profesionálním sportu, které probíhají u sportovní arbitráže CAS.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the thesis is to present the law and its manifestations in the sports environment. First of all, we will define and analyze the basic concepts such as norm, sport, norm of sports law, sports law, and their mutual relations, because their definition is necessary in order to be able to continue to focus on the main topic of the diploma thesis, which is the issue of contracts and their influence on sports environment. We will show the difference between a professional contract in a football and hockey environment. Next, we will introduce and analyze the issue of disputes arising from contracts in professional sports, which are held at the CAS sports arbitration.en
