| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na elektronickou evidenci tržeb, jaké přínosy a negativa přinese toto opatření podnikajícím fyzickým osobám. Jedná se o aktuální téma, které má od počátku své příznivce i odpůrce. Cílem práce je identifikovat skutečné přínosy a negativa zavedení EET pro podnikatele. V současné době se povinně do EET zapojil pouze sektor ubytování a stravování a sektor maloobchod a velkoobchod, proto poznatky jsou čerpány pouze z těchto oblastí podnikání. Úvodem je popsána geneze elektronické evidence tržeb, důvody k tomuto opatření, popis dotčených daní a EET v evropském kontextu. Dále jsou uvedeny očekávané přínosy a náklady, které definovalo Ministerstvo financí ČR ve své důvodové zprávě k projektu. Skutečné klady a zápory jsou odvozené z informací z dostupných statistických dat veřejných institucí, další důležité informace jsou čerpány z dotazníkového šetření a z vlastního šetření. Výstupem je komparace očekávaných a skutečných přínosů a negativ pro podnikatele. Dalším důležitým výstupem je vyhodnocení skutečných dopadů pomocí SWOT analýzy ve formě silných a slabých stránek projektu a rovněž i příležitostí a hrozeb. | dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis is focused on electronic records of sales, what benefits and negative aspects this measure will bring to business individuals. The aim of the thesis is to identify the real benefits and the negative aspects of the introduction of EET for entrepreneurs. Currently, only the Hotels and Catering Sector and the Retail and Wholesale Sector are involved in the EET, so lessons are learned only based on information received from these business areas. The introduction describes the genesis of electronic records of sales, the reasons leading to the implementation of this measure, the description of the taxes concerned and the EET in a European context. In addition, the expected benefits and costs which were defined by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic in its explanatory report on the project are listed as well. Actual pros and cons are derived from information from available statistical data of public institutions, and other important information is drawn from the questionnaire survey and from own research. The output is a comparison of expected and real benefits and negatives aspects for entrepreneurs. Another important output is the assessment of actual impacts through the SWOT analysis in the form of strengths and weaknesses of the project as well as opportunities and threats.
