dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se primárně věnuje vybraným kompetencím Českého telekomunikačního úřadu (ČTÚ). Autor práce se rozhodl téma práce zúžit pouze na oblast ochrany spotřebitele na poli elektronických komunikací. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, přičemž autor prokládá teoretický základ příklady z praxe a zaměřuje se na problematické okruhy, které opakovaně činí spotřebitelům potíže.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe primary focus of this diploma thesis are various selected competencies The Czech Telecommunication Office (ČTÚ) has. The author has choosen to narrow the topic down therefore the thesis tackles only consumer protection law within the telecomunnication field. This thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part and the author is interleaving the theoretical basis with practical examples while highlighting problematic areas in which the consumers make mistakes repeatedly.en
