| dc.description.abstract | V práci jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky o mladším školním věku, pohybových schopnostech a plyometrii. V praktické části charakterizuji zkoumané výběry a uvádím jak probíhalo vstupní a výstupní měření u zkoumaných výběrů. Dále získaná data porovnávám a vyhodnocuji.Cílem práce je zjistit, zda bude mít zařazení plyometrických cvičení v zimním přípravném období mladých fotbalistů za následek zlepšení jejich motorické výkonnosti v oblasti explozivních silových schopností během sedmitýdenního cyklu, či nikoliv. | cs |
