dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí porodní asistentky o ženu po perinatální ztrátě. Práce sestává ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy problematiky a témata týkající se ztráty těhotenství, porodu mrtvého plodu a ošetřovatelské péče o tyto rodičky. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, který umožňuje popsat pocity a potřeby ženy v rámci hospitalizace ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit jaké potřeby můžeme ženě se ztrátou miminka zajistit a jak ji můžeme podpořit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis describes nursing care of a midwife for a woman after perinatal loss. The thesis is divided into two different parts. First one is theoretical, the other one is practical. In the theoretical part there are the definitions of the basic terms and topics, just like miscarriage, stillbirth and nursing care after these concerned women. The practical part is comprised of a qualitative survey, which allows the description of feelings, emotions and needs of the concerned woman during the hospitalization. The main goal of this thesis is to discover how a midwife herself can support a woman after perinatal loss and which specific needs this woman may have.en
