dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá služebním poměrem vojáků z povolání sloužících v Armádě České republiky. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, které se dále systematicky dělí do jedenácti kapitol. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou Armády České republiky, povinnou vojenskou službou, vojáka z povolání a služebního poměru. Dále vznikem pracovního poměru, jeho podmínkami a průběhem. Klíčový je i popis práv a povinností vojáka z povolání či jeho odměňování. Práce dále popisuje všeobecnou péči o vojáky a pokračuje změnou služebního poměru. Praktickou částí je srovnání české a izraelské armády. Základem je poukázat na podobnosti či odlišnosti armád. Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje rozhovor s příslušníky obou armád. Úkolem celé práce je seznámit čtenáře se systémem a strukturou obou armád, a to včetně následného srovnání.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis deals with the service relationship of professional soldiers serving in the Army of the Czech Republic. It is divided into two parts and further systematically into eleven chapters. I deal with the characteristics of the army of the Czech Republic, mandatory military service, professional soldier and the service relationship in the theoretical part. I also deal with the creation of the employment relationship, its conditions, course, content of the service and working hours. The following is a description of the rights and obligations of a professional soldier and his remuneration.The thesis describes the general care of soldiers and continues with the change of service relationship.The practical part is a comparison of the Czech and Israeli armies. The basis is to point out the similarities or differences of the armies. The final chapter contains an interview with members of both armies.The task of the entire work is to familiarize the reader with the system and structure of both armies with a subsequent comparison.en
