| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce bylo zjistit migrační schopnosti raka kamenáče (Austropotamobius torrentium). Výzkum byl uskutečněn v srpnu, září a říjnu roku 2015. Terénní práce byly prováděny na čtyřech lokalitách v západních (potok Chýlava), středních (Bzovský potok) a severních Čechách (Huníkovský a Valdecký potok). V měřeném úseku byly metodou ručního odlovu prohledány všechny úkryty. Nalezení raci byli označeni (pomocí elastomer VIE) a vráceni na přesné místo nálezu. Druhý den byla metodou zpětného odchytu značených jedinců zjišťována individuální migrace raků na daném toku. Na každé lokalitě byly získány i další údaje, využité pro vyhodnocení délkové struktury. Veškerá získaná data byla podrobena statistické analýze a graficky zpracována. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this study was to find out the migration abilities of the stone crayfish (Austropotamobius torrentium). The research was being done in August, September and October 2015. Study sites had taken place in four localities in western (brook Chýlava), central (Bzovský brook) and northern Bohemia (Huníkovský and Valdecký brook). All shelters in the section were searched by hand. The captured crayfish were marked (by elastomer VIE) and returned to the exact place of their capture. The individual migration on each flows was investigated the next day by recapturing the marked crayfish. Also, additional data were obtained on each location for evaluation of lenght structure. All of the obtained data were statistically analyzed and graphically processed. | en |
