| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce má dvě hlavní části. Tématem první části je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro rekonstrukci a přístavbu objektu fary ve městě Rejštejn. Tato část práce také obsahuje architektonické, stavební a konstrukční řešení včetně zpracování statického výpočtu pro vybranou část objektu. Tématem druhé části je analytické posouzení vybraných problémů. V této části se objevuje porovnání technologických možností výstavby a vhodnosti stropních konstrukcí s ohledem na mechanizaci použitou při provádění stavby, porovnání zachování stávající konstrukce stropu a zhotovení nových ocelobetonových stropů a řešení zajištění stávající konstrukce původního doplňkového objektu z hlediska bouracích prací. Dokumentace se řídí platnými českými vyhláškami a normami. Výkresová část byla zpracována pomocí grafického programu ArchiCAD 17. Výpočtová část práce byla zpracována pomocí programu Dlubal RFEM. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis has two main parts. Subject of first part is making of the project documentation for reconstruction and extension of rectory in town of Rejstejn. This part also contains architectural, building and structural solution including static calculation for chosen part of building. Subject of second part is analytic review of selected problems. These problems are "the comparison of technological alternative of construction and suitability of ceiling construction with consideration to mechanization using on building", "the comparison of conservation of existing ceiling construction and making new steel-concrete ceiling" and "solution for secure of existing construction of additional building consideration of demolish" . The documentation is follow by valid standard and regulation. Drawing part is processing in graphical applications named ArchiCAD 17. Structural parts of this thesis are processing in application named Dlubal RFEM. | en |
