dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the article is to point out the problem of surrogate motherhood, which has its position in the society at present. It is a relatively controversial topic, on which the various experts have the different attitude because of religious and ethical values. There is the explanation of term surrogate motherhood, there is the research of cases from the applied practice following the chosen case law in the article. The important part of the article is also the accent on related problems and after that, there is the comparison with the Czech legislation.en
