dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na systém a metodiku integrovaného reportingu konkrétní společnosti. Práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, zásady zpracování a uživatele integrovaného reportingu. V této části jsou také popsány význam společenské odpovědnosti firem v současnosti, základní předpoklady a metodika integrované zprávy. Dále se věnuje přístupům k integrovanému reportingu a nejvýznamnějším iniciativám v této oblasti. V empirické části jsou popsány metodika integrovaného reportingu Skupiny ČEZ a možné návrhy na zlepšení tohoto reportingu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSubmitted thesis is focused on system and methodology of integrated reporting of a particular company. Thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. Theoretical part defines basic concepts, processing principles and users of integrated reporting. This section also describes the importance of corporate social responsibility at present, the basic assumptions and methodology of integrated report. It also deals with approaches to integrated reporting and the most important initiatives in this area. The empirical part describes the CEZ Group's integrated reporting methodology and possible suggestions for improving this reporting.en
