dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problémy veřejné správy v USA a obecně jsou zde prezentovány problémy týkající se místního sociálního systému. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na ústavní vývoj, politickou moc a fungování veřejné správy v USA. Dále se zaměřuje na socioekonomické, demografické a kulturní problémy a jejich následná veřejno správní řešení. Praktická část diplomové práce zahrnuje sociální výzkum s respondenty, českými občany, kteří určitou dobu žili v USA. Respondenti mimo jiné podtvrdili, že zdravotnický systém v ČR je lepší než v USA. Na druhou stranu respondenti se neshodli v názorech na kvalitu života a v otázce kvality prezidenta USA.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis was to present the problems of the public administration in the United States of America, and generally, to present the problems connected to the local social system. The theoretical part of this thesis focused on the constitutional system, political power and general function of the public administration in the United States. Socioeconomic, demographic and cultural issues including their possible political and public administrative solutions are also discussed in this part. The practical part of the thesis deals with the sociological survey among respondents, Czech citizens who stayed in the US for some time. This respondents confirmed that the health care system is better in our country than in the US. On the contrary, the respondents did not agree on the presidents and quality of life issues.en
