dc.description.abstractCílem práce je poskytnout základní informace o fungování anglického právního systému, v jehož historii leží vznik angloamerické právní kultury. Analýza pramenů anglického práva, jejich historický původ, vznik a podoba mohou pomoci pochopit základní principy a mechanismy fungování angloamerického právního systému. Práce je členěna na čtyři části. V prvních dvou obecnějších je čtenář nejprve uveden do problematiky právních systémů a jim charakteristickým pramenům práva. Části třetí a čtvrtá jsou jádrem celé práce a podrobněji ho seznámí s historickým vývojem a jednotlivými typy anglických pramenů práva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of this thesis is to provide basic information on the operation of the English legal system. In its history lies the emergence of the Anglo-American legal culture. Analysis of the sources of English law, their historical origins and their use may help to understand the basic principles and mechanisms of Anglo-American legal system. The work is divided into four parts. In the first two general ones the reader is introduced to the main legal systems and their typical sources of law. In parts three and four the historical development and different sources of English law are explained.en
