| dc.description.abstract | V diplomové práci je zpracované téma problematiky účetních nákladů, daňových nákladů a daně z příjmů právnických osob České republiky a Německa. Práce obsahuje popis účetních a daňových aspektů v problematice nákladů v jednotlivých zemích a jejich následnou komparaci. Dále se práce zabývá vlivem odpočtů na výslednou daňovou povinnost a vývojem výnosů z daně z příjmů právnických osob v České republice i Německu. Součástí je také komparace při stanovení výsledku hospodaření, základu daně a výsledné daňové povinnosti na fiktivní společnosti. Proveden je výzkum, který je zaměřen na míru korelace výsledku hospodaření a základu daně z příjmů, respektive míru korelace účetních a daňových nákladů. Výzkum je proveden na předem stanovených předpokladech, které jsou v práci ověřovány. Cílem této práce je zpracování přehledu problematiky účetních a daňových nákladů v České republice a Německu a následná komparace zjištěných skutečností. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of accounting costs, tax costs and corporate income tax of the Czech Republic and Germany. The thesis contains a description of accounting and tax aspects in the issue of costs in individual countries and their following comparison. Furthermore, the diploma thesis deals with the influence of deductions on the resulting tax liability and the development of corporate income tax revenues in the Czech Republic and Germany. It also includes a comparison in determining the economic result, the tax base and the resulting tax liability of fictitious company. The research is carried out, which is focused on the degree of correlation between the economic result and the income tax base, respectively the degree of correlation of accounting and tax costs. The research is performed on predetermined assumptions, which are verified in the diploma thesis. The aim of this diploma thesis is to compile an overview of accounting and tax costs in the Czech Republic and Germany and a following comparison of the findings. | en |
