dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice dětské mozkové obrny, konkrétně popisuje metodu TheraSuit, její využití a účinky u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Je rozdělena na dvě části praktickou část a teoretickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou dětské mozkové obrny, její etiologií, prevencí, jednotlivými formami, možnostmi léčby a její terapie pomocí metody TheraSuit. Shrnuje poznatky o původu terapie a uvádí základní principy cvičení dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Praktická část se zaměřuje na účinky metody TheraSuit, její vliv na držení těla, ovlivnění pohybových stereotypů a zlepšení mobility. Je vypracovaná formou kazuistik. Celkem jsem si vybrala tři pacienty, u kterých jsem provedla tato vyšetření: aspekce, palpace, neurologické vyšetření, lokomoční stádium dle Vojty, vyšetření primitivních reflexů, hodnocení hrubé motoriky dle GMFCS, posturální aktivitu a Ashwortovu škálu. Sledovala jsem tři hypotézy. Zkoumala jsem zda TheraSuit terapií lze zlepšit stabilitu, integrovat primitivní reflexy a posunout pacienta v hodnocení hrubé motoriky dle GMFCS. Všechny mé hypotézy se mi potvrdily. V diskusi a závěru jsem shrnula průběh terapií a výsledky hypotéz.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the issue of children's cerebral palsy, specifically describes the TheraSuit method, its use and effects in children with cerebral palsy. It is divided into two parts theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the characteristic of cerebral palsy, its etiology, prevention, individual forms, treatment options and its therapy method using the TheraSuit. It summarizes the findings on the origin of the therapy and introduces the basic principles of exercise for children with cerebral palsy. The practical part focuses on the effects of the TheraSuit method, its influence on posture, motoric stereotypes and improve mobility. It is drawn up in the form of case reports. In total, I chose three patients, whom I carried out this examination: palpation, aspection, neurological examination, locomotion by Vojta, the examination stage of primitive reflexes, guest gross motor skills from GMFCS, postural activity and Ashwort range. I watched the three hypotheses. I examined whether the TheraSuit therapies can improve stability, integrate primitive reflexes and move the patient in assessing gross motor skills from GMFCS. All of my hypotheses were confirmed. In the debate and the conclusion, I summarized the progress of the therapy and the results of the hypothesis.en
