dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce na téma "Úloha nefinančního reportingu v účetních systémech" je zaměřena na vyhodnocení úlohy a významu zveřejňování nefinančních informací pro vybrané skupiny podniků v České republice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis, vývoj a legislativní rámec ve zveřejňování nefinančních informací. Praktická část je rozdělena na tři části. První část obsahuje analýzu potřeb a požadavků stakeholderů při práci s nefinančními informacemi. Výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny na základě dotazníkového šetření. Další dvě části se zaměřují na komparaci zveřejňování nefinančních informací u velkých a středních účetních jednotek v České republice. Zdroji pro zpracování výzkumu byly zejména přílohy k účetním závěrkám, výroční zprávy, informace na internetových stránkách jednotlivých podniků nebo samostatné nefinanční reporty. V závěru diplomové práce je na základě zjištěných výsledků posouzena situace ve významu zveřejňování nefinančních informací pro vybrané účetní jednotky a jejich stakeholdery v České republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis "The role of non-financial reporting in accounting systems" is focused on the evaluation of the role and importance of publishing non-financial information for selected groups of companies in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on the description, development and legislative framework in the publication of non-financial information. The practical part is divided into three sections. The first section contains an analysis of the needs and requirements of stakeholders when working with non-financial information. The findings are based on a questionnaire survey. The next two sections focus on comparison of published non-financial information by large and medium-sized entities in the Czech Republic. The sources of the research are mainly annexes to the financial statements, annual reports, information on the entity´s websites or individual non-financial reports. At the end of the thesis, based on the findings, the importance of published non-financial information for selected entities and their stakeholders in the Czech Republic is assessed.en
